Counseling as a Strength
When I was 19 years old, I made a sign and hung it on my wall. It read, “One day, I will become a clinical social worker and change the world.” Here, my path of discovery began, as did my curiosity about what heals humans. Several years later, I was awarded the Mental Health Training Program stipend from the state of California. And this journey keeps going. I have counseled with group private practices, the Marine Corps, Family Health Centers of San Diego, CalWORKs, and Survivors of Torture International. Today, I am humbled and honored to offer care as a mental health therapist.
In my free time I enjoy playing with our cat, practicing yoga, cooking, music and being in nature. My job is to help you live and thrive.
